Breezy Birds Cleaning Service offers a variety of professional cleaning solutions, including:

General Cleaning (Trial Clean, followed by weekly or fortnightly options)

All services are subject to availability and the specific terms outlined in your service agreement.
2. General Cleaning – Trial Clean

Trial Clean: We begin with a trial cleaning session. If satisfied with our service, you can choose to continue with weekly or fortnightly cleaning.

The agreement for regular cleaning lasts for a period of 2 months, with no long-term commitment required.

Cancellation: To cancel or reschedule, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in the full price being charged for the session.
3. End of Tenancy and One-Time Cleaning

For End of Tenancy or One-Time Cleaning services, a separate agreement form will be provided outlining specific terms and conditions for the service.
4. Pricing and Payment

Pricing for all services will be agreed upon before the service begins.

Payment is due upon completion of each service, unless otherwise specified.

Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

To cancel or reschedule a cleaning session, you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in the full service fee being charged.
6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must ensure access to the property at the agreed time of cleaning. Failure to provide access may result in the cancellation of the service and a cancellation fee being applied.

Clients are responsible for ensuring the property is safe for our cleaners and free of hazardous materials.

Breezy Birds Cleaning Service is not liable for any damage caused by faulty or unsafe electrical or plumbing systems within the property.
7. Cleaning Supplies and Equipment

Breezy Birds Cleaning Service will supply all necessary cleaning products and equipment unless otherwise agreed.

If you request specific cleaning products, you must provide them. Breezy Birds Cleaning Service will not be held liable for any damages caused by third-party products.
8. Liability

We take great care to provide professional and high-quality cleaning services. However, we cannot be held liable for damage to fragile or undisclosed items.

Any damage caused by our cleaning team must be reported within 24 hours for consideration of a claim.

Breezy Birds Cleaning Service carries public liability insurance, though certain limitations apply as specified in our policy.
